What this site keeps, and why.
Short version: your email, only if you give it, only to write to you.
The list
If you join the list, the site stores your email address, the page you joined from, and the date and time. It sits in a private store that only I can read. I use it to send you essays and operator notes, and for nothing else. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it.
Removing yourself
Email daniel@danielhawkeroberts.com from the address you joined with and I will delete it. Once newsletters start going out, each one will carry its own unsubscribe link.
Analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly analytics from its host, Vercel, to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use advertising cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
