The new math of capability
Why three people with sharp systems out-build thirty with smart slides, and what that means for how you plan, hire, and budget.
A rare speaker who has done the reps on both sides of the bridge: a decade operating and creating, then building a company on AI before most people had heard of it. Calm, specific, and genuinely useful to a room full of leaders.
Daniel Hawke Roberts lives at the intersection of strategy, content, and technology, now aimed squarely at the question every executive is asking: what does AI actually mean for the business?
He is the translator between the people building AI and the people deciding what to do with it. Today he runs Vidloft, an enterprise video operations platform, as its CEO and, improbably, its entire engineering department, producing the output of a twenty-person team with a fleet of AI agents.
Daniel has been lucky enough to lead some pretty cool adventures along the way. He won an award from the American Marketing Association, directed a feature documentary in Kruger National Park called Rhino Man, and has traveled to more than fifty countries. He has interviewed thousands of people, including WWII veterans who stormed Normandy, Fortune 500 CEOs, NBA champions, and U.S. presidents. In 2021, the Entrepreneurs' Organization asked him to teach its 16,000-plus members how to scale content with AI, a full year before ChatGPT existed.
He speaks to audiences about AI, leverage, and how small teams with sharp systems out-build big ones. He is a sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and his goal with his wife, Sarah, is to eat a local meal in every country.
